Installed Surface Element kit W11371990 as ordered. Tested operation. Unit now operates as designed. Instructed customer to ALWAYS use cookware that matches the size of the burner being used. Cookware MUST be heavy enough to depress button in center of the element in order for the coil to function properly Also advise that this electric cooktop will cycle on and off during use. This is normal operation by design and performance will be different that the older unit thats was replaced. Recommend covering pot/pans with proper fitting lids to improve time needed to boil or cook.No charge to customer. JOB COMPLETE
