Not so great, I told them that the noise comes and goes. It’s not consistent at all. The tech guy said next time we should record the sound because he doesn’t know what’s wrong with the fridge. If they wanted me to record the sound before the tech came out, they should have let me know. Then I would try to record it for him. He said he doesn’t know what’s wrong with it and left.

We waited for two weeks to get service for the refrigerator that is still in warranty. After 11 months of working fine the door sensor started failing but the repair person sent by your company refused to check the sensor and insisted that after 11 months the floor is not straight enough. The floor is fine we did check several times what he refuse to do is check the sensor . He was at the house for 1 minute total. Horrible condescending service and lazy he really didn’t want to or didn’t know how to do the work

I like Enrique as he seems efficient. I still have an outstanding ticket, as the washing machine still is working properly. Enrique is to come again tomorrow to hopefully figure out what the issue is. I really miss the usage of washing at home.

Tom is awesome. He diagnosed my ice machine’s problem and was the one who came back out to install the new piece. He called to let me know he was on his way, was friendly and professional, answered my questions, and left the work area clean. He rocks!

I couldn’t be happier with Cruz B. He listened to what I had to say about problem appliance, He didn’t try & jump in, assume or interrupt while I was speaking (a rare quality in todays rushing, hurry up world) Once problem figured out, it was resolved fairly quickly. The longest waits were on the phone when calling for service and for parts to come in once diagnosed. Cruz was polite, respectful & an pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend him for any employer or job.

I'm not able to rate Eric's service skills as he was not able to address our refrigerator issues as hoped. Eric seemed knowledgeable enough and was pleasant. In my opinion, as a company, Central Valley Appliance was a "no show". I gave them a 1-star rating as there was not a lesser rating. Nothing for "cost/pricing" as they did nothing! Eric showed up as scheduled, but soon found a prior compressor line modification to our refrigerator. Eric stated he needed to contact his office, explain the modification to see if was allowable and how to proceed. We were to be contacted w/in 24 - 48 hours. When that time passed. I called twice, leaving messages both times, but NO RESPONSE. I then called WarranTech, our extended warranty call center, advised them of the no call back situation and asked if they had been contacted. They said no. WarranTech in turn said they sent an e-mail @ 9:00am+/- Thursday to Central Valley and said we will be contacted w/in 24hours. Nothing Friday. At 3:30pm Monday, I called WarranTech again. WarranTech offered to authorize another service company to address our refrigerator issue. An appointment was scheduled and the replacement company called w/in an hour to confirm an appointment.
