"Customer reports the unit is not agitating with enough force, and too little water when filled. Ran diagnostics, no error codes found. Ran diagnostics, all units operations checked fine. Ran a normal load with clothes, using a spare lid striker to show the customer the unit agitating, the unit is agitating and working as designed. Instructed customer on how to use the unit, and how to select the deep water wash features. The unit is working properly."
