Replaced the door bellow, checked ops, the unit would still leak, removed and re installed new bellow 3 times, unable to get rid of the leak. Clamp was going on tight as designed, but the front outer tub might have a crack, or is off shape. Outer door tub will need to be replaced, but cost of the repair is too high. Given the age of the unit, customer will most likely replace it."

"Upon arrival I Entered service mode and put unit in a quick test cycle, vibration noise coming from drain hose and vent hose pressed against the back of washer. Adjusted feet bcz unit was not level and moved hoses from back of unit. Tested unit a second time to confirm problem was fixed. Unit working as designed. Customer also had a complaint that they need to run dryer under two cycles sometimes to dry clothes. Customer also stated have not had vent serviced in over three years, instructed customer to service vent."
