Found the compressor running but no frost pattern what so ever. I checked for leaks and found where the capillary tube comes out of the cavity to feed the evaporator has a crack in it allowing the refrigerant to escape the system. The lines looked a little oxidized. Was able to find leak with bubbles. Called tech line to tell them my findings and unit is not repairable. Sr# 7733856734. I changed the 135.00 trip and diagnostic fee. Customer had 140 only so I was not able to give charge. Five dollars need to be reimbursed to the customer. I will call office to notify.

"Fresh food compartment door making a squeaky sound as its opened or closed. Found foam insulation had made its way into the upper doors thimble, as the door would swing, the top hinge would make contact with the insulation inside the thimble. Removed the excess insulation, checked door ops, the door is opening and closing as designed, it is no longer noisy."
