We replaced compressor 3way valve suction tube and 2 different dryers and new inverter box. Tj with tech line. Went over the test with tech line and leak is internal and filing unit as unrepairable. Unit also equalizes after unplugged. Sr 7733826456 this is still under the customer warranty through lowes contract. Customer had a heck of a time getting a hold of warranty company and lowes paid for that. Assurant warranty company # 22019721 is there account number. This unit is filed as unrepairable. Job completed.

"F9e1. F8e1. F0e2. F2e1. Cleared error codes. Ran diagnostics, the unit would not drain. Accessed drain pump, found some debris stuck on pumps Impeller. Cleared out the debris, checked units ops, the unit is working properly now. The unit is not installed properly, no hose is connected to the hot water valve, the customer is using an adapter normally used on portable units. Advised the customer to correct the installation by connecting cold, and hot water hoses, and to use the original drain hose for the unit, the one on the adapter they are using, is too thin, and it might be partially clogged."

"JB out 6/24/22. Customer states about 4 days ago, the FC was not cooling and no ice production. Fresh food compartment cooling properly. Unit was unplugged overnight and then plug back in the next morning. Upon arrival verified unit is not level and is actually leaning forward so doors have a harder time closing and sealing properly. Freezer is freezing properly and icemakers producing ice at this time also fresh fruit section is operating properly. Recommend customer properly level with cabinet as per the supplied installation instructions so the doors have a better tendency to close easily and seal properly. Unable to verify any mechanical issues at this time. No parts No charge to customer. Job complete"

"JB Out 6/24/22. Customer states washing she locked and would not release clothing, with not open door. Customer also states and she makes a very loud noise and spin cycle. Upon arrival I found door unlocked and clothing removed. Tested washer and verified failed spin bearings. The following parts are needed drive belt part number WPW10388414, tub outer rear half part number W10772618, tub outer front half part number W10772613, spin basket assembly part number 8182247.NOTE. Spin basket assembly part number 8182247 is no longer available. Machine is deemed non-repairable without this part. No repair made no charge to customer. Job complete.
