"Unit is not cooling properly in the fresh food compartment. Ran diagnostics, sealed system test, when the three way valve is positioned to the fresh food compartment side, no frost pattern forms on the evaporator, the compressor is a little noisy. Sealed system issue possible restriction at the three way valve, or inefficient compressor. Customer does not want the unit repaired given it failed so soon, she will go to the store where she purchased the unit, and request an exchange."

"The customer reports the ice maker stopped working for a couple of days, that their ice cream would get soft. The unit started producing ice afterwards. Checked freezer temperature , it checked fine, ran ice maker error codes diagnostics, no error codes stored. Found condenser coils very dirty, pointed it out to the customer, and advised them that the condenser needs to be cleaned at least once a year to help the unit not to overheat. Informed the customer the cleaning of the condenser is not covered by any warranty provider given its deemed a maintenance routine for the unit."
