Found customer using HE turbo pods detergent. Recommend against He turbo as it is highly concentrated. Recommend custom use only HE detergent and very, very small amounts typically a measured teaspoon maximum. Tested washer normal cycle verified very low normal water level.Verify normal and correct water fill level and operation. Tested drain and spin functions and verified no unusual sound levels. Advise of normal and proper operation. No parts used. No charge to customer. Job complete"

Found the unit has a f8e1 stored. As well as a f0e2. Found the water valves working properly so I removed the error codes and ran a auto test. All functions tested properly. I ran a regular cycle and it fill and everything. I replaced the actuator to be in the safe side if its an issue with sensing. The regular cycle is the cycle I used for my test and the unit filled the the appropriate level. All functions tested properly. Also recalibrated control. Job completed.

Found the igniter coming on for a few seconds and then goes off. Found the coil with just the blue and white wire not connected and that was the reason for the igniter not staying on. After reconnecting I noticed the igniter loose so I tightened all screws inside the unit and that restored the heating of the dryer. Job completed.

"Upon arrival found unit with error code F3E3 causing failure on the unit. Replace the thermistor check the unit and found the unit has dry vent clogged causing the unit dont reach the high temperature. Check the temperature with out connect the dry vent and unit reach the high temperature, put back the vent and unit just reach 143F. Informed this to the customer, a soon they clean this vent unit is going to work to the maximum temperature. Job complete"
