Upon arrival found unit with thermostat with bad readings causing the failure on the temperature. Replace the thermistor on the unit. Additional found unit with filling tube frost causing leak on the bottom of the unit by the smart valve. Unclogged the ice on the filling tube. Retest the unit and unit passes all test at this time. Job complete ; used 1 WP2317844 (Thermistor) from stock

"Found crisper drawer guides on left side angled causing drawer to fall out of guide when pull out to grab items in drawer. Also for noise complaint, while taking to customer unit starting making noise, noise is from compressor. I was able to adjust left rail guide & snapped it into place, now drawer slides in & out w/ no issues. Did run diagnostics to make sure components were running correctly, fans, compressor, all check to be running as designed. I did inform customer that if the noise gets louder or she hear clicking, we might want to diagnose her compressor further. But as of now unit is running as designed. Job completed."
