"The customer reports the unit is not heating properly, she is using an analog thermometer inside the unit. Informed the customer that type of thermometer is not recommended by the manufacturer due to it not being able to change quick enough during temperature swings. Ran diagnostics, no error codes present, bake and broil elements are getting energized properly. Ran a bake cycle at 350F, allowed the unit to cycle a few times (8) p. Found the unit was off by 15 degrees (lower) Calibrated oven temperature to +20. Ran a bake cycle at 350F, the unit is now heating properly. Advised the customer if she finds the oven is overheating too much, to change the calibration to +10F instead."

JB out 10/27/22. Installed replacement MAINTOP ( user interface) and Main Wire Harness as instructed by GE T.A.G. Reassembled and tested operation. Unit powers up and with correct cooling vessel on burner does not heat. After 3-7 seconds unit acts as if the is no cooking vessel detected on the burner and shuts off. Installed GE Smart H Q diagnostic device. Recorded stored F codes F61 and F62: Cannot communicate with induction module. Contacted GE T.A.G. and spoke with Bob. Bob review all service visit notes and classified the unit as non repairable then issued Case#08575818. Customer will contact GE for resolution.

Upon arrival installed new shock absorbers and ensured feet were level and drain hose was properly installed. Ran unit through spin cycle and it was shaking slightly more than normal due to it being on a pedestal. Unit is perfectly level and all shock absorbers functioning as designed. Informed cx due to unit being on pedestal it will not be more stable than it currently is. Unit is operating as designed. Job complete
