Found top of door not sitting flush with freezer door. Informed customer that gasket needs to be molded. Informed customer that heat to gasket and constant pressure to top of door for 6 hour or more is required to get the gasket to mold where its should be. Informed customer to call back if they apply the pressure and gasket doesnt mold properly.

"The customer reports a loud metallic noise as the unit is in the final spin cycle. Calibrated the machine, ran a drain and spin cycle, the unit started moving excessively, noise coming from behind. Found the unit was not leveled properly, it would rock side to side very easily, the water hoses were resting directly onto the machines rear cover, creating a lot of noise as the unit would shake during the spin cycle. Leveled the unit properly, separated the water hoses from the rear cover. Ran diagnostics, all units ops check fine, it is no longer noisy."
