"Customer states washing is a very loud noise during and after sensing portion cycle just before water fill. Customer states washer also shakes and walks away from wall in spin cycle. Tested washer and quick wash cycle verified very loud, grinding noise. Installed replacement cam, and SPLUTCH assembly part number W10721967. Reassemble unit and tested operation again. Verified no more grinding sound. Tested operation and drain and spin cycle to check for shaking and vibration and walking away from wall. Verified normal operation in spin. Recommend customer load clothes into wash tub per supplied user guide. Drop garments one at any time in loose heaps evenly around the agitator. This will help to sustain and evenly balanced wash load and prevent shaking or walking away from the wall."

Found ice touching the evaporator fan blade and reason for the noise. There is also a secondary noise issue but it is not with the appliance. When the cold water valve is turned on and there is a loud chattering noise coming from the pipes in the wall behind the refrigerator. I recommend the customer call a plumber for that issue. All functions tested ok after repair and there is no more ice coming in contact with the fan. Job complete.
