"Found the main pulley was loose causing the belt to roll off. Retightened and installed belt. Notified customer that there is excessive oil leak from the gearcase, which can and may cause the belt come off. Belt guard had some damage also. Ran a drain and spin and verified that unit is spinning. Gearcase #W11132267 unit is now functioning as designed"
