"F0e5. The customer reports the unit leaks water on the left side. Cleared the error code, ran diagnostics, all units ops checked fine, found the hot water supply hose leaking at the wall faucet, pointed it out to the customer, as a possibility of the leak source. Some traces of water streaks (dry) on the inside of the front panel, possibly when the unit goes out of balance the fabric softener dispenser might not line up properly with the moving basket, causing for some of the water to splash towards the front. At the time of service could not replicate any leaks on the actual machine. Instructed the customer not to run very small, or big loads to prevent the unit from going out of balance. The unit is working as designed, at the time of service."

Upon arrival cx was upset that dispenser drawer isnt lining up with control panel. Informed cx due to the design of the drawer there wont be anything I can to to get it to perfectly line up. Cx is aware of that and okay with it they would prefer not to install another drawer to prevent issues. Took pictures of drawer to document. Unit is operating as designed. Job complete
