"F10e4. Accessed the diverter motor harness connection, it was loose, corrected the connection. Cleared error code, ran diagnostics, the unit went through diagnostics cycle properly, did not prompt any error codes. Ran a normal cycle, the unit filled and started washing properly. The unit is not anchored down to the cabinet, it doesnt seem to slide back all the way. Pointed that out to the customer, and advised him to correct the installation. The unit is now working as designed."

After replacing all parts ordered the unit is now getting to 155 degrees on high. As for the eco settings it defaults as the option because its a energy saver but it cant be automatically turned off it has to be manually turned off each cycle. All functions tested properly after repair. Job completed.
