Inform this to the customer and advise them to run a least 3 cleaning washer cycle so that way they can remove the most residues on the unit possible. The other solution is replace the two tubs. JB out 6/2/23.Customer states that the refrigerator is leaking water onto the floor from behind. Upon arrival found Compressor had been replaced on 4/3/23 by a different Authorized service company. Verified suction line to Compressor is heavily frosted indicating an overcharged sealed system. Unit is R600.Spoke With Bob at Electrolux technical support to document findings.Bob issues Reference # 86398978. And customer will be contacted by Electrolux within 7 business day for unit replacement information.No repair made today (6/2/23%). No parts used.JOB COMPLETE

Upon arrival tested unit got the unit to 425 with no smells the burner cover was not in correctly I put it in the way it was supposed to be installed unit is working as intended advised customer that cuz its new that they might have some wired smells the first few uses of the unit burning off stuff from the factory but I did not detect any smells job complete

Those were the issues I could find without full access to machine. Machine will need to be fully hooked up if we are called back.

Unit had a burnt wire at heat element. Spliced a new wire and unit heats per design. Job complete.

Inspected unit as necessary. Spoke with Techline. Diagnosed DSI board failure. Removed and replaced. DSI board. Tested operation. All OK.

Upon arrival replaced UI and ACU ran unit through multiple diagnostic modes. No more fault codes unit is working as intended.

Customer stated that the unit makes noises between cycle. Checked unit for error codes no codes. Ran u it through diagnostics and found noise is spray arm spraying door. May be caused by calcium buildup. Customer to clean with vinegar. Tested all works good at this time.

Found unbalance detection lever rattling against the bin making noise re secured the lever to the lid and ran cycle. Unit passed all tests and noise is no longer present.

Cycled unit and found leaking gear case causing damage to other components. Unit will need new gear case slider and clutch assembly.

Customer stated that the dryer keeps pausing the cycle mid cycle. Removed and replaced console and door switch tested all works good at this time.

Replaced evaporator assembly fan is working correctly now and refrigerator is getting good air flow also heating element is working properly went over with customer customer is now satisfied job complete

"JB out 5/23/23. Customer states Dishwasher Wash is but does not dry dishes. Verified dishwasher tank/tub was replaced recently by ARS. Note model serial tag is not available as tub was just recently replaced. Recommend customer contact KitchenAid factory service and request a replacement. Model serial tag to be shipped to them to be affixed to the dishwasher. Ran dishwasher verified incoming supply water temperature at 78°F. Instruct customer installation instructions provided with dishwasher From KitchenAid require a minimum of 120°F. Hot water supply to the dishwasher by the house. Hot water supply heater. If water is not hot enough, it will not evaporate and therefore will not promote drying. Tested dishwasher verified water is not hot enough. Recommend customer purchase and install a point of use hot water heater located under the kitchen sink adjacent to the dishwasher set for 125°F so that when the dishwasher is used it will receive no less than Required 120° minimum the moment the start button is pressed. Also recommend use of liquid rinse aid in Dispenser. Unable to verify any mechanical issue. No charge to customer. Job complete."
