"Before going to this car, I spoke with two managers about this call we have been out to numerous times for the same issues freezing over and cooling issues was advised by RS to order a three-way valve. Compressor condenser and all the parts regarding the silt system. this job we need a three job count and I will need to go back out scheduled with either service manager that is available due to the escalation and multiple times that we have been to this call. I have gotten multiple SR numbers on this unit and Whirlpool keeps wanting me to go back and change parts, Ive ran every check possible check for frost patterns on both fresh food and freezer compartment. Evaporators replaced Ater cover in fresh food compartment replaced main control board replaced UI checked for proper placement of thermistors on fresh food evaporator. Upon arrival found that evaporator cover assembly did not come with the evaporator fan and the Mr. harness ordering these parts rescheduling the job for Thursday the second this will need a two job count. Installed new parts to fix leaking hoses. Was now able to fill the unit for the first time. Ive now discovered another leak where the rodents had chewed through the sump behind the wash motor. Spot was not visible. I informed cx that the sump now needs to be replaced. Cx unhappy that new problems keep coming up and is regretting attempting to repair the unit. Wants to speak with a manager before moving forward. Called ES and informed of situation. Management will reach out to cx in 3-5 business days to discuss the situation.; saved tckt

Johnathan and I arrived just to find a unit exactly the same way we left it with Richard during our last visit. Unit needs lower harness and motor asm called Eric to see what step said to order motor and bolt ; ordrng 1 W11187731 (Motor assembly) and 1 WPW10422764 (Lower screw) and 1 WPW10422765 (Upper screw)

Found loose wire and control board fixed wire and tested unit. unit working as design

Found the rollers and idler not rotating properly causing a loud screeching noise. Replaced rollers and idler. Cleaned the inside of the cabinet. Tested after repair all ok.; used 1 4392067 (Support) from stock

Customer stated that the unit will not spin. Found stripped hub. Removed and replaced hub tested all works good at this time.; used 1 W10528947 (HUB) from stock

Cycled unit and found broken latch. Installed new strike and retested unit now working as designed job completed

Ran diagnostics and found an F7E4 error code. Found slider broken. Replaced slider and ran cycle. Unit passed all tests and is now operating as designed.

Replaced compressor recharge with 68 g of R600. Tested unit functioning as design.

Dispenser wont open during wash. Removed and replaced dispenser. Tested now working as designed.

Unit was not heating upon arrival. Quickly discovered that the ignitor was not turning on. Checked it out and found that it had come unplugged from the harness. Replugged and tested. Unit is now heating normally.

Customer stated that the unit is not cooling and console not working. I found that the console is not responsive. Removed and replaced user interface. Tested unit. All tests good. Will take 24hrs to cool back down.

Found washing machine confused. Installed a new clutch assembly and also replaced the actuator

Installed wire harness and thermistor product tested ok cx to change exhaust vent complete

F8e1f0e2F5E3F5e2F9E1Not filling up with water customer gets lo flow. Unit was just serviced by geek squad. Ran diagnostic and confirmed no water. Removed cover. Found incorrectly plugged. Removed and plugged in correctly Tested again now water is coming in. Cleared codes. Tested again Unit working as designed. No parts needed.

Damaged ice trey leaking water into bin causing ice to clump together.replaced icemaker.fridge and icemaker now working properly.

Fixed- found wire to ice maker to be split causing no ice production- look at pictures- removed bad ice maker then installed new one (ice maker) ice maker harvest and water filled mold- allow 24 hrs for ice production- job complete

Found a water leak at the rear of the Icemaker fill tube. Water leaking down back wall and building up around the evaporator fan. I then freezes and he fan blade scrapes the ice and causing it to make a loud noise and circulate air poorly. Removed ice and sealed the fill tube with silicone. Unit ok after repair.
