"Upon arrival, inspected unit found that unit was having an over suds code. I checked on the float the float had some water in it, and then put the unit into a cycle and found a lot of suds inside the unit, causing it to set off the float by overflowing I advise the customer to make sure that he is not washing the dishes with soap before putting them into the dishwasher. Also added a little bit of vegetable oil in the tub well, running a cycle to break down the sides. The unit is working as intended now this is a separate issue from the last call job complete."

Found timer shaft broken and reason for not operating. The cycle can not be selected. I replaced the timer and used the knob for the wrinkle control for the timer because they lost it. I informed the customer that knobs filters and bulbs are not covered. The unit is now operating properly. Job completed.
