Upon arrival found unit with water by the end of the cycle. Check the unit and found unit has a bad drain pump. Replace the dra pump on the unit retest the unit and now unit is working properly. Additional found unit doesnt have any air gap or high loop on the drain system. This is required by the installation instructions. If something similar happens to the unit and customer dont make one of this two options for the drain. We cannot service the unit. Inform this to the customer. Job complete
