"JB out 11/10/23.Customer states unit shakes and vibrates badly every cycle, during wash (tumble) portion and especially in the spin portion of the cycle. Verified unit has been installed on the CORRECT pedestal intended for this model Washer/Dryer combo.Also verified Unit is level and the shipping bolts have been removed. However, the installer neglected to remove the (2) Brackets on the rear of the washer as outlined in the provided Installation Instructions.Ran diagnostics, specifically test #11 (Spin) without clothes in the wash tub and verified proper spin operation. No shaking even at highest spin speed.Spoke with Corey at GE TAG WHO CONFIRMED THE TWO BRACKETS ON THE REAR OF THE MACHINE SHOUD BE REMOVED AND THE (4) washing machine feet SHOULD BE INSTALLED TO INCREASE STABILITY. INSTALLER DID NOT INSTALL THESE FEET AND ARE NOT HERE. REFER CUSTOMER TO INSTALLER TO RETURN AND CORRECT INSTALLATION.PER GE, THE 4 Bolts and Spacers MUST BE REINSTALLED BEFORE TILTING OR TIPPING WASHER OR SUSPENSION SPRINGS WILL BECOME DISLODGED. Installer must return to correct the installation. The four missing washing machine feet must be installed between the washer, and the pedestal tightened between the washer and pedestal and the lock that must be tightened as well for each of the 4 feet. Installation corrections are not covered under the General Electric, manufactures warranty, and the responsibility for correctly Escalation falls upon the installer. No charge to the customer. I removed the error code stored and all functions are testing properly. Job completed.

Found a pressure system fault upon inspection. The pressure hose was loosely fitted to the control. I reconnected and ran the pressure test. Unit is now filling without issue and progressing through cycles.

Ice chug module was removed and replaced. I believe it was A defective parts not sealing properly freezing the water line. Unit is working as intended. Job completed.

JB out 11/8/23.Customer states unit does not power up or run and no display is illuminated.Upon arriving found installer has incorrectly installed dishwasher mount downs brackets incorrectly leaving a sharp edge exposed providing a potent ion injury hazard (see quick pic photo).Removed toe panel and J box cover to test for power and found installer have very poorly installed appliance power cord to appliance wire harness. Do knock out insulator was used allowing wires to rub against knock out hole if J box. Wires very poorly connected leaving a short circuit/fire hazard potential (see quick pic photos). Instantly unplugged piers cord from Power outlet. Instructed customer to contact installer to return an properly and safely correct this installation deficiency.Advised customer: Whirlpool provides a very good product warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. The product warranty does NOT cover installation corrections of any kind.Reinstalled J box cover and toe panel.ADVISED CUSTOMER TO LEAVE THIS DISHWASHER UNPLUGGED FROM POWER SUPPLY UNTIL THE INSTALLATION CORRECTION HAS BEEN MADE.NO REPAIR MADE NO CHARGE TO CUSTOMER.JOB COMPLETE.
