Found custom using HE turbo detergent pods. Recommend against HE turbo as it is too highly concentrated for this H-E-Washington. Verify water being supplied the dishwasher is far below that of the required minimum of 120°F. 120°F must be supplied of the dishwasher at the moment the start button is pressed or the dishwasher will not clean well. Suggest customer purchase and install a point of use hot water heater to be located underneath the kitchen sink, set to a run temperature of 125°F and attached only to the dishwasher. This will ensure the dishwasher receives no less than the required minimum of 120 Fahrenheit and will wash and dry very nicely. Job complete"
