Customer is blocking airways by pushing items all the way against the rear wall. Pointed it out to the customer (pictures) advised her not to push items all the way back, she responds she never had to do that with her previous units. Customer also reports the freezer light bulb is not working. Informed the customer the light bulb is only covered for the first 30 days. Both of these issues were already covered on a previous visit in November 2021. Customer wanted me to remove the light shield in the fresh food compartment so she can store larger items on the upper shelf, informed the customer for liability reasons, I am not allowed to modify anything on the unit.
