Customer states when unit runs it makes a loud ticking noise. Upon arrival verified sound dampening material rubbing against condenser fan blade. Removed sound deadening material and properly reinstalled. Noise has been alleviated. Aligned left hand and right hand refrigerator and freezer doors by adjusting cabinet level. Recommend customer remove tow panel grill every 2 to 3 months for the life of the product and vacuum the condenser coils clean to maintain high levels of energy efficiency. Job complete

Cycled unit and found unit not dispensing any water. Check components and found water valve has loose connection previous the connection was still not dispensing water. Check to see if water valve is receiving voltage when pushing down pad Water valve no receiving voltage. Spencer pads are bad. Installed new dispenser pad and retested unit passed all test Ottumwa service. Job completed
