"Customer was concerned she saw some water leaking from the ice dispenser area. Checked the ice chute area, and the ice bin compartment. Both areas checked fine, unable to reproduce the leak. Advised the customer, whenever crushed ice is dispensed, sometimes pieces will linger in the ice chute area, and melt afterwards. The ice chute did not have any ice stuck in it, but the customer confirms she likes the crushed ice feature. The unit checks fine, it is working as designed."

Customer had a magnet stuck between door and cabinet. This was causing door to bot close and leave a gap and have frost build up. Removed magnet and checked door seal ok. Removed ice build up from rails and door. Door closes fine.
