Upon arrival found unit unplugged with pouring inside washer and door locked. Plug the unit in and observed washer automatically entered emergency pump out program. Allowed you to finish. Ran diagnostics and extracted error code F0E2 Oversuds condition excessive subs in washer washer is running a suds reduction routine. Cleared stored error code. Found customer using correct concentration HE detergent but too much. Customer is using more than 1/2 provided scoop. Instruct customer to use no more than 1 teaspoon of detergent to prevent over SUDS condition from reoccurring. Advised customer to reduce amount of laundry size, was slightly overloaded. Tested operation with customer, unit now completing cycles. No charge to customer. No parts used. JOB COMPLETE"
