"JB out 3/18/22. Customer states machine will power up and except commands but does not start, does not run. Upon arrival ran diagnostics and verified no stored error codes. Ran quit diagnostic test verified drain pump not running. Removed back cover of washing machine unclog drain pump plug verified 120 VAC present. Plugged water pump power supply back in now water pump is running. Tested drain pump operation several times. Successfully ran quick diagnostic test. Tested operation in normal cycle with customer and wash a load in the wash tub. Verify unit now fills with water appropriately, tumbles, drains and spins as designed. No power to use. Job complete"
