"Checked temperature in the freezer, it was around 10F. Customer was blocking the air vents, in both compartments, also pushing items all the way to the back in the fresh food compartment blocking the airways. Ice build up on air vents. Advised the customer on how to properly place the items in the unit. Advised the customer to turn the unit off for at least four hours, and to leave the freezer door open for at least 4 hours to allow the ice in the vents to melt, to monitor the unit going forward, and to call us back if any issues"

"Found the units tub had made contact with the floor at some point. Motor shield was making contact with the cam pulley, cam had gotten loose. Tightened cams bolt, unit was leaning to the front, leveled unit properly. Calibrated machine, ran diagnostics, all units ops check fine now."
