Checked all joints and welds and connections and no leaks at any spot. Recovered remaining refrigerant and filled w nitrogen. Waited over 15 mins checking for leaks. Found no leaks. During 15-20 mins pressures remained steady indicating no leak. Verified. Could have been leaking from valves. Removed and replaced both valves to drier and access valve. Ran vacuum. Charged properly. Advised client to wait 24 hours for proper temps.

"JB out 3/25/22. Customer states display shows SD. Ran diagnostics and found only F0 E2. OVERSUDS STORED. Excessive suds in water. Found customer using HE turbo pods detergent. Recommend 80 turbo is too highly concentrated for this low fill , high-efficiency washing machine. Recommend against use of pods. Suggest use of customers choice of either powder or liquid of HE detergent only and very, very small amounts typically 1 teaspoon maximum. No parts used. No charge to customer. JOB COMPLETE"

Inspected unit and found freezer gasket leaking air from bottom of door. Need to replace gasket to repair. Asked Cx for pic of pop and Cx said that they didnt have one. Advised Cx I needed a pic pop. Told him to get copy from where he bought it Home Depot. I was then told to leave. He said nobody told him he needed pop. Tried to tell him he can get one so he had it when I followed up for repair. Cx then said he doesnt want a repair he want a replacement. Not ordering parts not following up. Job complete
