Rick tech line. Unit freezing in fresh food section. Sr 7733254879. No food up by the damper. Food was blocking damper and food was to close to damper causing stuff to freeze. Went over with tech line and customer. Job completed

Sr number 7733253526. 800-331-7456 safety team number. Called the tech line and safety team. Checked all connections for gas leaks and none were found the front right burner did have issues lighting. Once lit the flames were normal. Unable to verify gas leak. Customer stated the gas company came out and used a carbon monoxide detector and said it was at792 ppm. I wanted the video of the gas company employee preforming the check but he was checking it on the cooktop and that is incorrect from what tech line says. Carbon monoxide meters are not being sent out by whirlpool at this moment because of Covid. I did damage the cabinet door to the right of the stove. I informed the office. Sr 7733212397 safety team sr number. All checked ok at this time.

Door latch not lining up with catch. Adjusted top of tub for proper contact.Tested ok

Installed new drum. All ops now checking normal.

The customer informed me that the office told him the parts were in. I contacted the office because there were no parts attached to the service order. Come to find out there was a different company that came out and ordered a compressor. Customer stated he wanted the same company to come out considering they already have the parts available. Not to sure how to close this call out.

Upon completing the repair, the customer brought up a new issue, the unit is noisy during the spin cycle. Found the belt was the source of the noise, replaced the drive belt, the unit is no longer noisy."

Pulled unit out removed all panels found thermostat burned and wiring harness fried thats what was causing the burning smell. Removed and replaced harnesses and thermostat. Tested all works good at this time.

Customer stated that the unit ran for hours on the clean washer cycle. And during a few loads it did not spin out the load. Checked unit for error codes found lock code and overflow code. Cleared codes and ran diagnostics cycle and found unit is working to specs. For the clean washer customer to stop using off brand cleaner and for the we loads customer to make sure loads are sorted for balance. Recalibrated tested all works good at this time.

Customer concerned with wash performance. I tested unit and found actuator not engaging. Removed and replaced actuator. Tested unit. All tests good. ; used 1 W10913953 ( ACTUATOR) from stock

"SR7733253054 replace pump. Replaced pressure switch, no change. Contacted techline and he recommended I replace the drain pump. Replaced pump, diag tested all ok, no leaks, pumps good, drains well. Watched entire drain and spin, no remaining water, drain pump cycles as normal. Only time I found remaining water is if the cycle is being canceled mid cycle or spin."

Found unit with baffle stuck open. Replaced and unit now working as intended.

Found oven with a shorted sensor replaced retested check out ok complete no dents or dings cause by tech paid in full with check.

"JB out 3/23/22 upon arrival verified loud noise from freezer Fan fan scrapping ice and frost. Inspected FC drawer and verified it closes and seals but cabinet was not leveled properly when installed. Amount of frost indicates drawer has been left afar causing heavy frost buildup. Customer states frost has been present for one month. See quick pic photo showing some packages not cover in frost as drawer was closed and sealed properly. Some item in FC heavily frosted indicating items stored in FC during a period of time when the drawer was not closed or sealing completely . Advised customer to remove all perishable foods and place in a different refrigerator, unplug this unit and allow to defrost with all doors opened for 24-36 hours. After all water from melted ice and frost is wiped up the unit can be plugged in and allowed to run for 8-10 hours before returning perishable foods to be stored. Instructed customer to remove toe panel grille EVERY 2 MONTHS for the life of the refrigerator and clean condenser coils to restore low electrical operating costs, reduce over run time and increase life of the product. NOTE: Blocked condenser coils may cause premature compressor failure and may or may not be covered by extended warranty plan contract. No parts used. No charge to customer today. JOB COMPLETE"

CX says the unit is stopping mid cycle. Put SMRTHQ on unit. Found bad cold valve. The solenoid not opening fully. Replaced the valve. ; used 1 WH13X26535 (Valve) from stock

Found refrigerator freezer reading 29 degrees not building a full frost pattern per Frigidaire if unit needs a seal system customer to call customer care for further info complete no dents or dings cause bytech.

"Customer concern was no ice, unit had ice box fan frozen over due to freezer door gasket being ripped and leaking air. Thawed out and customer did not want to replace gasket. Unit is back operational."
