"OOB fault, pressure fault, and clock monitor fault present upon arrival. I releveled the unit and instructed cx on proper loading procedures to prevent excessive movement during spin. The pressure fault was due to a slight kink in the hose. A quick adjustment fixed that. Pressure test now passing. The clock monitor code may have been a nuisance code. But, I went over the reasons why this may have come up and informed cx that the manufacturer recommends these unit be on a dedicated circuit to avoid these issues. Unit is otherwise now operating as designed."

Advised customer against overloading washload as this is a low fill, high-efficiency washing machine. Recommend use of HE only detergents and very, very small amounts typically 1 teaspoon maximum.
