"Cx states water isnt cold. I explained that refrigerators have passive cooling for water that comes out of dispenser and water reservoir is small and will only give a few glasses of cold water before the reservoir is depleted of cold water, at which point it will need time to cool the ambient temp water that has just entered reservoir. Cx is also experiencing water hammering along with water dispenser at sink running at same time that water is being dispensed from refrigerator. Told cx that is a plumbing issue, not an issue with unit. That have T valve under sink that splits water between dispenser at sink and refrigerator water supply. Also adjusted left Rc door. Unit operating as designed. Job complete."

Risigual of gas comes out. Called tech line. Case number 07929144. 800-386-1215. Customer care. If needed. There is no gas leak. Did a bubble test. Also ran my hole gas leak detector all over the unit. Went over it with GE tech line. There will be a little left over were it will show up but then it goes away. Checked all the lines going to the valve and no leaks. Set back in place tested preheat tested all the burners. Even ran a preheat. All checked out. No leaks. Job completed

Auger is not dispensing ice out the door. Possibly door switch wasnt set and not seeing motor switch to activate motor. Tested and unit started to work in diagnostics and took out of diagnostics and put ice back in and now starting dispensing . File number for this call 85424893. Unit was tested before leaving. All checked out. The ice is coming out now. There was something to do with a glitch and needed to be reset. Job completed

Found unit not powering up. Tested and found switch was stuck and fuse was blown. Replaced and tested unit. Unit is now working correctly. Put unit back together and tested heat and set time and cleared filter setting for filter. All checked out. Checked filter was clean and clear. Did not need replacing.

Freezer is freezing but warm in fresh food area. Michael tech line. Found fan by compressor not running. Saw 2 wires out of plug not touching and making it were fan wont run. 85424123. Tested and checked out. Put a wet cold rag on compressor to cool down will fixing harness. Fixed harness and plugged back in. Fan is now working correctly and unit is starting to cool correctly in cabinet between freezer and fresh food. Job completed
