Ran icemaker diagnostics, icemaker went through harvest cycle and filled as designed. Water reservoir is frozen, not allowing for water to go to the dispenser. Called the technical department, given the error codes involving most thermistors, they advised to clear all the codes, reset main control board, and allow the water reservoir to defrost. "Replaced the control board and panel, changed the panel first but I was able to enter diagnostics, and normal cycle was not operating correctly drain pump was running as the tub was filling. Replaced control board, was able to enter diagnostics, ran dry calibration cycle. Ran a diagnostics cycle, diagnostics cycle completed with no problems. Ran a normal cycle, tub filled and began to agitate. No leaks are present.Unit is functioning as designed"

"Upon arrival the evaporator fan motor was running. Verified in diagnostics evaporator fan and damper and functioning. Contacted techline and advised them that when I was first called out i attempted to run the evaporator motor in diagnostics and only the damper was functioning. Techline recommended to have customer advise if the problem occurs again, if so tech needs to do a voltage test at the motor harness to see if the control board is sending 120 volts to the motor in diagnostics and check resistance within the wires.
