Unit was unplugged overnight and then plug back in the next morning. Upon arrival verified unit is not level and is actually leaning forward so doors have a harder time closing and sealing properly. Freezer is freezing properly and icemakers producing ice at this time also fresh fruit section is operating properly. Checked ice bin and found it is full. Dispensed ice and found it dispensing correctly. Inspected IM noted the sticker behind the bail arm was damaged. If the bail arm is catching on this it could simulate a full bin. Removed sticker and cleaned off back panel . Applied food safe silicone grease and shimmed the IM so that it sits level and can not shift during use. When I reinstalled the bin after leveling the ice the IM harvested. Watched water level and found it appropriate. IM and IM valve check ok at this time.

"Cx had concerns about the racks. They do not easily pull in and out of the oven. A lot of friction and scraping there. Unfortunately this is unavoidable due to the design. I referred her to cx care if she wants to explore possible other options for a resolution. Also, there are roller racks sold separately which are probably a better option than the original included racks. The unit is otherwise working as designed and does not require any repair. Complete."

Drain pump was not draining out water. Checked air gap air gap was clear. Found obstruction in drain hose up by air gap. Remove drain hose and cleared obstruction. Reattached drain hose to air gap and unit drained out properly. Advise customer to do a vinegar wash in dishwasher before starting a regular cycle with dishes. Unit is working as intended

"Checked the unit , suspension ok , customer was using the wrong cycle to wash with , normal , an auto sensing water levels which will give you the minimal amount of water for a load which is not a full household load anymore advise customer to send it to another cycle that fills up way more with water use the max fill and to sort clothes with like materials only unit will work correctly as well as how much soap to put in per load unit is working as designed customer instructed properly now"
