"Unit fails to fill after a cycle leaving small amount of water in the ice mold , this water is what has melted off the cubes when mold heater turns on to release ice cubes from mold, this water small amounts of water freezes making small ice cubes / chips that are to small to fall thru the facia flap, the ice chips will then melt and cause water to drip down to ice bucket area and in tray bellow ice bucket. Found the unit did have a e5 error code stored. I found the cubes being made very small. I replaced the ice maker and valve. The heater for the fill tube was not installed properly as well so I made sure it was installed properly. All tested ok in step 57 and 45 in diagnostics after repair. Job completed.
