"The customer reports they found a lot of water had leaked in front of the unit. Ran a normal cycle, the unit filled and started washing, allowed the unit to wash for a few minutes, cancelled the cycle so the water would drain out. There are traces underneath the unit from previous leaks, but no leaks present at the time of service. Pointed it out to the customer, the customer was able to see underneath the unit, and was able to verify the unit did not leak during use. The unit is working as designed. The unit already has the newer heating element installed."

Cycled unit and found unit at 38 degrees in the fresh food. Cx does have unit to max cold setting. Ran unit through diagnostics and confirmed thermistor and all fans are running. Good frost pattern on evap.Did find signs of compressor possibly over heating at one point. Unit is making ice. Adjusted airflow at damper tonic tease airflow. Unit is properly cooling. Job complete
