"Called TAG (08555551) and went through some tests. None of the tests functioned as expected. Today the RC display (UI) had to be touched for it to wake up. TAG and I checked thermistor values and found them representative of the actual temps. The unit is currently defrosting, none of the fans or the compressor are running and the evaporator thermistor is warmer than the FC thermistor. TAG suspects an internal wiring issue and have deemed the unit unrepairable. They have advised me to have the customer contact consumer relations @ 800.386.1215 . For further resolution."

Upon arrival cx stated unit is not draining water at the end of cycles but issue is intermittent. Unit has a F9E1 error code indicating long drain. Ran through diagnostic test and found unit did drain. Inspected hose and found it did not have a high loop causing water to be forced back into unit. Readjusted hose with high loop. Informed customer water was getting backed up in garbage disposal which is also a issue. Unit is operating as designed at this time. Job complete

Customers previous stove was gas. Her pots are warped enough to not reach the sensor. I used a flat bottom pot and boiled water on all burners. Units working as designed.
