"Cx states long dry times or too hot. Checked performance of igniter and burner assembly. Cx also states AF displays when dryer used. Exhaust ducting outside unit is restricted and causing airflow issues, but thats not the only issue causing dryer to to dry properly. Igniter will glow and gas will open on initial start but after initial start, igniter will glow but gas will not come back on. Checked for continuity on flame sensor. Flame sensor has continuity. Thermal fuse has continuity. Outlet thermistor resistance within range. Thermal cut off fuse and high limit thermistor have continuity. Gas coils within resistance range. Verified that there isnt an obstruction within dryer. Checked for error codes. F4e5(high limit) and f4e3(restricted airflow) error codes present. Only thing left is or flow obstruction. Unit operating as designed. Informed cx to have exterior exhaust vent serviced. Job complete"

This is a ongoing situation. I replaced the evaporator but before that I pressurized the unit and checked for leaks from all loc ring and no leaks found. I replaced the evap and vacuumed out the cycle. I changed to 7.75 oz of 134a. Pressure when I left was 0 on the low side and 130 on the high side. It will take 24 hours to get back to normal temps. Changed the 135 on last visit because it was passed the 30 day warranty. The unit was still in the 90 day warranty for sealed system repair so only charging trip and diagnostic.

Cx claims that there food is freezing in fresh food side and the thermistor has already been replaced.using thermal couple I got a consistent temperature reading of 41 degrees which is perfect and not freezing temperature took picture of this reading. JB out. Found compressor replaced about one year ago by a different service company. Found FC and RC cooling. Ran diagnostics and verified average RC temperature between 32 and 39. Inspected replacement compressor. Unable to verify any refrigerant leak but when testing Ice room fan verified fan is scraping frost. Found small leak at high side Schroeder valve. Tightened valve. Recovered existing refrigerant. Install factory charge of 4.65 ounces R134a. Recommend customer defrost unit unplugged for 24 to 36 hours to allow frost build up near ice room fan in freezer) to defrost. No charge to customer. JOB COMPLETE

"Cx still having the same issues. Called techline. We went over the install again. We found that the water coming to the unit was sputtering (not a smooth flow). Apparently, his can cause issue with the flow meter, ultimately resulting in F9E1 codes. Cx has several extensions linked together for the inlet valve. Techline insists this must be a single hose to prevent the sputtering water flow. I verified this my disconnecting all frost extensions and testing the flow from the source. It was it was much more smooth. Informing cx that the unit needs a single inlet hose."
