"Customer did a water hardness test it was 35 grains + , they ran a clean washer cycle and ran it on a sanitize wash with nothing in it unit did not leak , advise them that the manufacturer said to start out with less soap the soap they were using is those giant pods with 10 times potency advise them to start out with less soap on the sanitize cycles and see if the normal pods do it if they do then to use less soap go to a powder soap and start it with 1 tablespoon unit is working as designed at this time no more leaks"

Upon arrival I found no air gap and the drain hose did not have a high drain loop. Put unit into a diagnostic test and retrieved no fault codes. In diagnostic I checked the heater output and found it drawing 7.0 amps while heating the water and 5.5 amp while drying. Both amp test are in the range for the heater. Water temperature into the unit is 120 and customer is using jet dry at max volume

Customer stated that the resident said the cycle stopped mid cycle and left clothes wet. I put unit into diagnostic cycle and found error codes for off balance loads. I cleared codes. I ran test cycle in diagnostics and unit passed. Instructed management that load sizes have to be large enough for cycle to complete. Only comforters up to king should be washed and if rugs are going to be washed make sure to have other clothes with them and that the rug doesnt have any rubber backing as this makes them not washable. (Under pressure open/closing pressure change) the ice bucket is full if ice but not been dispensed lately. Informed CX they need to shake the bucket to loosen ice. Greeted customer. Customer stated ice maker was not working. Both old unit and new unit have to be stripped in order to fit through doorway. Apartment had stairs both in the unit and Entryway. New unit was installed. During testing it became evident that the water dispenser was not functioning. Customer then refused unit. New unit and old unit had to be disassembled again. After disassembly units had to be maneuvered through the tight doorway and down both sets of stairs. Once units had been moved reassembly began. Units assembled. New unit was secured in the truck. Old unit was reinstalled.

"Unit had an F8E4, checked unit for any obvious leaks none ,turned on and tested operations after 5 minutes or so , found the base was building up soap suds great enough to leak and overflow the base , cleared unit of all suds , tested 30 minutes no leaks at this time operating ok now at this time , advise customer to stop using cascade with Dawn soap in it which is all cascade products to start using finished tablets customer understood and is going to change the soap"
