JB Out 10/6/22. Customer states frost is still building in bottom freezer drawer. Upon arrival verified residual ice and frost buildup related to door air leak discovered last visit. Found and removed chunks of ice underneath all three slide out drawers causing freezer door not to close properly. Tested in customers presence all three drawers now slide smoothly easily and the freezer drawer seals 100%. Remind customer residual frost in freezer compartment will take several weeks to evaporate naturally but is mostly removed at this point. No parts needed. No charge to customer. Verified freezer drawer slides smoothly and pulls in and seals appropriately. Job complete
