Upon arrival cx explained that they had another company to fix the heating issue. But they did still have some other issues. There was insulation coming through the back wall around the sensor and broil elements. They were concerned that it may get into their food or catch fire. I put insulation back behind the back wall and cleaned up debris. Sensor was not secured to cabinet. Used a spare screw to secure. All else is good with the unit.

"F5e4. F8e1. F7e7. F7e1. Ran diagnostics, no hot water going into the unit, unit was noisy as it would agitate or spin. Replaced the belt, splutch, and actuator. Found the hot water faucet off, turned it on. Checked units ops, the unit is no longer noisy, and is dispensing water as designed.; used 1 W10913953 (Actuator), 1 W11239857 (Belt), and 1 W10721967 (Splutch) from stock"
