Found the turntable working when the door is opened. This unit has a total replacement warranty from the factory for the first year of ownership. The unit is under extended service contract. Unable to get part for this unit because of the total replacement warranty. There are no parts on the break down. Warranty company will be in contact with them in the next 3-5 business days. Job completed.
