Performed the damper test through the interface and could not get the damper to close. The damper when installed was closed but it was open when I returned. EVERYTHING in the RC is COMPLETELY frozen. Removed lower board and noted some of the harness was caught in the latch for the board. Found the W/Y wire off of J11 is severely crimped. This is part of the harness that controls the damper. Straightened out wire and heard the damper motor. Tried damper test again and found the damper was now passing the test. Called TID (85943099) to explained what I had seen and that I was concerned the conductor on that wire was broken . TID had me send a picture of that harness to them and gave me a document # . They said the customer should hear from Customer service within 7 days. They said if they do not hear from them they should call 800.374.4432.

Brand new range. Front right ignitor was not lighting gas. It was jammed into place sideways. Opened the top panel and reinstalled the ignitor. Tested and all is good now.

Customer stated that when they are cooking the igniters are staying on on the cooktop. Tested all igniters all working good customer may have spilled on Spark Bygeorge switches which may have been causing the igniters to keep going. All works good at this time.
