Cx having issues with off balance loads banging the side walls. Checked install and everything is good. Checked spin and didnt have any issues with a balanced load. Instructed cx on best loading properly to avoid off balance loads. Also showed her how to pause cycle and redistribute load if necessary. She is not satisfied with the unit and will be calling GE cx care to discuss other resolutions.
