"Upon arrival found unit no cooling, check the unit and found unit with inverter flashing 3 times, this means the inverter is bad. Inform this to the customer and customer approved the repair. Replace the inverter on the unit. Retest the unit and now unit star cooling down. Informed the customer they need to wait at least 24 hours before to put food into the unit. Additional customer comment about you need no dispensing ice. Check the unit and found the motor compartment on the door has corrosion on the wire connector. The only solution in this case is replaced the whole freezer door. Inform this to the customer and customer declined the repair for this issue. Job complete"

"Upon arrival found with error code F8E4, about the flow switch. Check a leak from the water supply line into the flow switch tray. Check the connection and only was loose, adjust the connector to the water valve from the unit. Retest the unit and now unit doesnt have any more leaks. Job complete."
