Found unit wasnt drying properly. Also the mount on side was not mounted correctly were its starting to crack the cabinet. The unit is leveled ok but fell after installing the unit from delivery guys. Made shift panels for feet were unit is resting on. Ran test and unit is getting hotter after running hot water in sink first. Tested and checked out. Unit is working correctly. Ran another cycle and unit is getting hot. Customer wanted refrigerator looked at and claimed its under warranty but its a lg refrigerator

Cx called about gfi breaker keeps on going out with fridge connected to it. Explained to Cx that fridge was good tested Amps on fridge power cord. Cx connected fridge to regular 120 outlet and had no issues but when connected to gfi outlet keeps having issues. Cx will have to call electrician. Job completed.

CX says the fridge was not cooling a few days ago. Said the unit started working right before I showed up. Put unit into defrost checked the power thru the circuit. The power is good element is activating. The bi metal good power good. The unit is in the garage where temps go below 35*. This can cause cooling issues. CX INSTRUCT ABOUT AMBIENT TEMPS AND HOW IT AFFECT THE COOLING. AS THE TEMS GET WARMER THE UNIT WILL OPERATE AND CYCLE PROPERLY. Unit operating g properly.

"The unit was completely off, only the interior lights were working. Checked the electrical outlet, it checked fine, connections and voltage at the main board checked fine. Found the user interface wire harness was not connected at all at the bottom of the freezer door. Connected the harness, the unit powered on right away, and started working as designed."

JB out 12/23/22. Customer states washing machine has displayed F3E1 several time since last . Customer informed me since my last service visit she has experienced at least one washload where it appeared that the water did not fill in the wash tub 2 times. Verified customer is no longer using HE turbo detergent which is two highly concentrated for this low fill high-efficiency washing machine. Customers is and has been using HE only detergent and measuring 1 teaspoon maximum as advised. Tested wash cycle with no clothing and verified a very small amount of soap service residual. Customer is also using clean washer cycle with clean water tablet. Ram diagnostics in extracted only one error code F3E1 Indicating the ACU Detects and out of range pressure signal. ran quick diagnostic tests and verified all components passed. unable to verify any mechanical deficiencies at this point. Tested washer in towels cycle with towels and no detergent added. Inspected and verified no residual detergent soapsuds at this time. Allowed drain and spin cycle to run without interruption. Verified unit successfully drains all water and spins as designed. No repair is recommended at this time. Should this code continue in the future recommendation would be to replace the pressure switch which is part number WPW10448876. No repair man today as though defect found. No charge the customer. Job complete

"Upon arrival found the floor with marks of water. Check the unit and found the unit has a bad suspension, this is causing the unit touch the floor with the cover for the motor and pulley. This is causing the unit have a angle and the water coming fro the top and bottom drain hose, this because the unit was installed on the wrong position of the dryer, and has this hose stretch and every single time when spin the unit bounces to much causing the leak from this area. Additional with the bad suspension this is causing the failure. This unit will need new suspension. Customer dont know if they want to continue with the repair. Job complete"
