I ran unit on a drain n spin. No abnormal noise unless cx has load in unit. Cx has unit on second story on pedestal and in a drip tray. Unit is working as designed. Called techline. Small loads dont balance properly. Try Larger loads for issue. Unit working as designed. Recommend to bring to center of gravity. Remove pedestal. Pedestal is not in use anyways. Checked pedestal. Unit will only go up to 260 when trying to bake. I found not set to Celsius instead of Fahrenheit. Customer said they tried to change it. I tried and it would not change. I had to unplug unit and reset control in diagnostic to get it to change. After reseting it will change went selected. All tests good.
