"The customer is concerned the indicators on the user interface dont come on when she opens any of the refrigerator doors, she reports they used to come on, but they no longer do. Explained to the customer, the only indicator that will turn on when any of the doors are open, is the door open indicator (in red). All other indicators only come on when the dispenser is being used, or any of the functions on it are selected. Ran diagnostics, reset the main control board. All units ops check fine, the unit is working as designed."

"Icemaker tray stuck in the upside down position. Ran icemaker diagnostics, the icemaker would not go through the harvest cycle E4 error would prompt ( multiple failures). Replaced icemaker assembly, ran diagnostics, the icemaker went through the harvest cycle, and filled as designed."

Reset to factory default. Allowed unit to reboot, reset day and date and time. Tested microwave an operation several times and customer unit now operates as designs. No parts required.
