JB out 1/10/23. Customer states machine goes off balance and walks around the laundry room. Ran drain and spin cycle. Upon arrival with machine empty. Verified high speed spin no shaking and spin basket is evenly spinning. Advise customer correct method of loading laundry evenly around the wash plate and loose hips as per supplied instructions always maintaining the center hub exposed. Ran test wash towels verified unit is not shaking spinning on evenly or banging. Recommend customer greatly reduce amount of detergent being used as it is not currently being rinsed out of the clothing. Recommended amount of detergent is one measure the teaspoon. This will help the machine perform better. No parts used. No charge to customer. Job complete.

Found the unit is being propped on some small pieces of brick on each corner, the units cabinet is not 100% squared , leading to the door not closing properly. The customer is also storing a lot of food in the unit, some items are overlapping the shelves, and door baskets. Applied heat to the gasket to reshape it, raised the left front a little, the door gasket is now sealing properly. Advised the customer to level the unit better by placing it directly onto the floor. The customer reports her garage floods when it rains so she is unable to do so. The unit is working as designed."
