"JB out 1/11/23. Customer states with microwave oven, over the range is installed and plugged in the interior, cavity light and cooling fan run and cannot be shut off. Installer has installed a custom 15 inch deep cabinet above microwave causing a potential overheating issue and blocking access to air grill and control panel for removal for means of repair. Contacted GE tech line and spoke with Bob, who issued case number 09342376 and explained that when a custom 15 inch deep cabinet is mounted above the microwave oven that the installation guide supplied with the product indicates a requirement of an installation of a bump out kit part number JX15BUMPBB in order to extend the microwave oven a proxy one and a half to 2 inches further than the extra deep 15 inch cabinet installed above it to prevent overheating, and also to allow access to remove air grill and control panel. This is an installation issues that prevents the repair of this microwave oven, no repairs to be made until the microwave oven installation has been corrected. This is per General Electric factory tech line job complete no parts ordered no repair made"

Brought gas leak detector with me and checked where gas leak was coming from. Noticed that there was a lot of bubbles forming on the top of where the extender to the gas line connects to the burner assembly. Cx will have to check the leak coming from the extender that connects to gas burner.

Replaced drawer

Replaced defective detergent dispenser and tested.Tested ok

Found a small buildup of lint at the wall exhaust connection. Also found the exhaust hose to the dryer was not properly connected. Hot air was escaping out into the room. Connected the exhaust correctly. Verified that the dryer is heating. Unit is functioning as designed.

Found unit with a faulted water valve. Water valve solenoid not closing properly causing constant leak into tub.

Replaced user interface

Replaced faulty capacitor tested after repair all ok.

Upon arrival installed new ice maker and retested. Icemaker is operating as designed and no longer leaking water into ice bin. Job complete.

Unable to verify any mechanical issues today. Advised customer of one time courtesy no charge on a no defects. Found service call visit. No charge the customer. Job complete.

Customer concern unit is leaking. Fully checked unit and found all components test normal leak is being caused by customer. Hot water being extremely hot causing condensation. Instructed customer to have someone check water heater water is coming out of 160°F should be at 115°F Customers address issue to prevent any damage to unit. Unit working as designed. Job completed.

Freezer led is defective. Led Receiving voltage cannot engaging. Installed new LED and re-tested unit all test passed all test at time of service. Job completed use **S191AQ**; used 1 W11601310 (Led) from stock
