"Customer reports 5E YY code keeps prompting. They have to disconnect the unit to reset it, but the error prompts back at a later time. The units evaporator fan needs to be replaced. Found the evaporator drain hole is clogged, defrost water is leaking onto the freezer floor. Provided an estimate to the customer to replace the evaporator fan, and clean out the evaporator drain hole. Informed the customer, there is a slight possibility, once the fan is replaced, if the problem persists, then the main control board will need to be replaced as well. The customer declines the repair at this time, will discuss it with her husband and will think about it. Informed the customer they have 30 days to set up the repair without incurring another service call fee."

Found the pantry area freezing food. Sealed off two vent hole on the right and left side. Four open on both sides. Raised the freezer temp to two degrees. Unit ok after service. Instructed customer to allow one to two weeks to notice that his food is no longer freezing in the pantry.

"JB out 1/16/23. Customer stated washer makes loud noises during agitation cycle and shakes during spin. Tested washer with customer. not spininning not enough water reinstalled drain pump.. Tested unit in spin cycle. Unit operates as designed. Suggest use of he detergent only ( No HE TURBO) as it too highly concentrated for the low fill, high efficiency washing machine. Checked cabinet level- ok. Unit will shake somewhat during spin. This is normal and depends on if wash load migrates off balance. No parts used or needed. No charge to customer. JOB COMPLETE"
